Friday’s Workshop (5 Hours) Learn what makes up color and how color families interrelate with each other, how different fibers behave with the same color. Do hands on exercises with watercolor paper and pencils and create a coloring book to experiment with using the Color Grid©. Explore how color reacts to different fibers and leave with samples of yarn and “recipes”.

Two Day Dyeing workshop
Using the Color Grid© as our guide, we will discuss the basis of all color; the primaries. Student will dye a 36 color progression, with recipes to repeat the process on their own. There will also be time for individual projects depending on the interest of the student.
